Privacy policy
Last updated 18 June 2026.
This page explains what information this site collects, why, and what your rights are. The site is a single marketing page with no account, no login and no advertising. Booking and intake happen on external tools, named below.
Who is responsible
Pierre Jereczek is the data controller for this site and the consultation service. You can reach him at reachtopierre@OperatorSecondOpinion.com for any privacy question or to exercise the rights described below.
What the site collects
The page itself sets no cookies and asks for no personal information. Visitor measurement uses a cookieless analytics service that records aggregate, non-identifying page views and two button clicks (booking and the contact link). It does not build a profile of you and does not track you across other sites. Because there are no cookies, there is no consent banner.
When you book, you use Calendly, and when you complete the intake, you use Tally. The details you enter there (your name, contact details and the business information you choose to share) are processed to schedule the consultation and to prepare your written diagnosis. If you email the contact address, your message and address are processed to reply.
How your information is used
Booking and intake information is used only to hold your slot, prepare for the consultation, write your diagnosis, and send your invoice. Your figures and the contents of the consultation are confidential. They are never sold, never shared for marketing, and nothing about your business is published. An NDA is available on request.
Who processes data on our behalf
Three service providers help run the service: Calendly (booking), Tally (intake forms), and the cookieless analytics provider (aggregate measurement). The site is hosted on Vercel. Each acts under its own terms and only to provide its function. Invoices and payment are settled by bank transfer outside this site.
How long it is kept
Booking and intake information is kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations, then deleted or archived. You can ask for your information to be removed at any time, subject to those obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information held about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy in a portable form. Write to reachtopierre@OperatorSecondOpinion.com. If you are in the European Union and believe your rights have not been respected, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
